Paid Opportunities

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers providing 4+ hours of their time receive a free weekend entry to the 2026 Creston Valley Fall Fair, in appreciation!

Pre and Post Event

Pre-Event Set-up

Wed, Sept 9 (6pm-9pm)

Thurs, Sept 10 (5:30-8:30pm)

Set up tents, saw-horses, tables, move plywood and animal pens, set out benches and chairs, hang lighting.

Exhibit Dropoff

Wed, Sept 9 (6pm-9pm)

Thurs, Sept 10 (5:30-8:30pm)

Distribute entry tags to exhibitors, place entries on display tables, assist exhibitors, directing parking.

Event Take-Down

Wed, Sept 9 (6pm-9pm)

Thurs, Sept 10 (5:30-8:30pm)

Assist with the wrap up of the Fair, take down tents, signage, tablecloths, chairs, tables, etc.

Lunch will be provided!

50/50 Ticket Sales

Fri, Sept 11 (1-10pm)

Sat, Sept 12 (9am-10pm)

Selling 50/50 tickets for the fair, seated or standing.

During the Event
 

Exhibit Attendant

Fri, Sept 11 (1-10pm)

Sat, Sept 12 (9am-10pm)

Maintain exhibit tables and areas inside the cool arena.  Ensure guests do not disturb exhibits, assist with questions. Seated or standing.

Varied Hours
 

Kid's Events

Fri, Sept 11 (1-10pm)

Sat, Sept 12 (9am-10pm)

Assist with fun activities and kid's games (corn shucking, watermelon eating, donut bobbin, tug o'war, sack races)

Parking Attendant

Fri, Sept 11 (1-10pm)

Sat, Sept 12 (9am-10pm)

Direct parking during the Fair.  Varied hours.
